Rear end coming together. Had planned curved stays for a CX build but there was waaaaay too much clearance. Looking forward to stitching together this weekend.
Chainstay Saturday. Mostly modifying/making fixtures for a couple of simple cuts, but soooo much more accurate.
Was slightly dreading calibrating new fixture, but turns out it’s a doddle. #freakinglazerbeams
Brechin to Aboyne via The Whisky and Fungal Road.
New frame fixture assembled. Just need to fix alignment and do some mods. Alu frame parts are slightly under/over sized compared to steel parts (BB shells and head tubes), so some tweeks required!
Only gone and raised it up a level beyond amazing.

Good things come to those who wait. Very lucky to have got my sticky mitts on this bit of unused kit. Will be far more accurate than my home brew version.
Well that was fun... Abandoned on day two as was just not feeling it. Soooo much mud. On the positive side, nice to be reasonably fit again, even if lacking strength and balance.
Dales Divide. Seemed a good idea at start of the year. Let’s see how it goes!
